Your site will never go down due to technical difficulties.
• Support & Maintenance – Every website needs maintenance over time and we provide affordable, flexible support contracts that allow you to focus on what you do best while we maintain, monitor, update and support your website.  Once the site is “live”, we will provide 30 days of free support and maintenance to help ensure the client is comfortable using and managing the new website. After the 30-day period, your business then purchases 20 hour blocks of time for one low fee. These hours are added to your pool of available support time. The time never expires, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing a contract for more or fewer hours than you need. When your pool of available hours gets close to running out, we will let you know so you can purchase more time.
